Actually it looks really nice in the wood effect (rusty) and was supposed to cost an extra £110
After they had been to measure up and give me a quote they left a brochure with colours to choose from and the rep told me about the extra for this colour
However when I phoned up to order it I spoke to a different person and pretended I didn’t know anything about the extra £110 for the wood effect
Told him that I would place the order but not with the extra £110 on top of the price
Leave it with me he said and I’ll see what I can do
So I did and waited....and waited
Took two days before I got the phone call and fitting appointment
Hee hee I knew they’d blink first
