Just loaned my 2013 bonneville to Motad for they're prototype builds as they are wanting to cover the current bonneville and thruxton range. Motad will be making some nice top quality (as always) reverse cone and peashooter silencer styles for both cast wheel and steel laced models. No prices as yet but I think they will be working hard to meet the deadline for The Stafford show.
I knew there was something dodgy about that offer. As my old Mum always used to say, "You only get what you pay for........."
PROGRESS......... Just had some emails from Ian McDonald@ Motad. They've just fitted the peashooter prototype silencer which they will be putting into production. There is a reverse cone silencer to follow but no pictures just yet These silencers in the pics have removable baffles (just for servicing of course ha ha) and are road legal stamped. They have been worked on in conjunction with their Dyno to retain a nice mid range torque. Any thoughts or opinions anyone?
They look nice enough and the removeable baffle is obviously a good idea, but they are a (Mo) tad long aren't they?
