John, it's only a short piece of oversubscribed road. I was only on it as it's close to home and I was trying the camera out. There's much, much better so if you're venturing out Walesward give me a shout and I'll show you some real treats of roads!

Horseshoe pass is ok, but it's a bit like Matlock, or Helmsley on a sunny Sunday, Llangollen is a great little town with fantastic river views, it also used to have a brilliant bike show. I'd rather stop there for a bite & a coffee than in The Ponderosa. We once did Derby-Barmouth-Harlech-Betws Y Coed- Derby, in a day, sore arse by the time we got home, but worth it for the sea & mountain views.

Ok i will hold my hands up, i started it all yesterday & it was very childish of me..... But funny! :biggrin: I will try my best to behave myself & not do it again BUT i cant promise as i get easily distracted.
