I wonder if Wolfing is a German name for dogging.

How about pronouncing ph as an F,

    Phucket in Thailand.
    Yes I know it's pronounced Poo-ket.
I used to work with a guy who moved there and got married. The bride was called....

On the drive from LA to Vegas we passed a sign pointing to ZZYZZX ROAD. Ended up asking a taxi driver in Vegas how to pronounce it properly - 'zizzix' is what he said. Good job it wasn't a Welsh road though - LLYLLX anyone? Just a thought!

(Ex) wife took a picture of me next to a sign in UK but can't recall exactly where it is.

    Sign read "Twatt"

    Maybe it was an omen?

Edit; it's in the Orkneys. We'd gone to John O Groats on a Kawasaki GT 750 and decided to hop across.

Just an interesting place. Furnace Creek, CA (inside Death Valley).
Highest recorded temperature on earth ever at 135F (57C).

(An air cooled Bonnie probably won't work here !!)
