All, Not one for spending hours and hours cleaning but I do have an America with a sh*t ton of chrome. So, should I stick to Muc-off products or do you have an secret tips? Have gently jet washed (mindful of electrics etc) but needs a good going over..... Thanks in advance.... Judd
Jud Dred. I use a good Wax polish. And sometimes maybe every couple of months I put a capful of Mer polish with my wash. Ride Safe Joe.
These waterless wash 'n' wax polishes seem to work well. They do seem counter intuitive though! But I do still like to get me bucket and sponge out on a regular basis.
I’m a bit old school, bucket of soapy water a hose pipe and a chamois leather still seems to get pretty results
That’s really good stuff, great for wheels and brake callipers, I also use a rag and some WD 40 to clean the engine rear shock and around the swinging arm, removes all the residue oil and grease perfectly.
Mr Sheen (and many other similar furniture polishes) is very good at removing chain lube from wheels and cleaning other greasy bits. Cleans greasy hands in an emergency!

I only found it as I wasn't logged in when I first looked, and after logging in I had to go find it... It was there in the clearance section! There was something about a spray attachment if you bought two, but couldn't find that. Nemmind, plenty of spray bottles around! Delivery seems kinda cheap.

That's the stuff... But to my postcode, nothing is free delivery. Always in the small print, UK free MAINLAND delivery, excluding Highlands and Islands. Thats why I thought it was cheap! Plus, to get free mainland delivery I have a feeling you have to spend £50? (and I still might not get it free based on location)

Ladies and gents, I found this chrome cleaner to be awesome in removing the tar on spoked chrome wheels. In the past I misused it by washing the rims with soap and water first. Do not make the same mistake, simply spread on the dry chrome rims and rinse it within 15 seconds as indicated by the instructions. It removed about 90% of the tar. I though I'd share. This is a picture of it cleaned but haven't use the chrome polisher yet.
