Hello all. This week I became the proud owner of a new, black, Street Scrambler, photos to follow. I'm from Essex and have commuted behind various fairings and screens for the past 18 years. But I've recently retired, and decided to get onto a naked bike. I was deliberating between the Street Twin, the BMW R Nine T variants and possibly the Royal Enfield Interceptor. I enjoyed the R Nine Ts, and didn't get round to testing the Interceptor. But at the MCN show a couple of weeks ago I sat on the Street Twin for the first time and was disappointed to find it more cramped than I had hoped. However, I then tried the Street Scrambler for size - eureka!
Malcolm Box. Welcome to the Family. And you certainly made the right choice. Like you I like the Enfield but would like a little time to see how they fair out there in the community. Great pictures there. They will go down a treat on here and you will get instant access to the Asylum here with that colour. Nursey's job will be a dawdle tonight all the inmates will behave for their meds while dribbling over those pictures. Ride Safe Joe.
Welcome to the madhouse you should fit right in. Great choice of Colour BLACK. It's the fastest Colour. Tucker
Many thanks to all for the warm welcome. There are clearly levels of madness here that I can only aspire to! But photos I can certainly provide. Looking forward to continuing the dialogue...
Hi mate good to have you on board. I am new here on this site, but not to triumph. I recently swapped my Triumph XRT 2017 for the SS900 2019 and so pleased its a nice and sure in time I will even say great bike. However, it's short on some of the bling and information in the clocks, but maybe I don't need them fingers crossed.
Spencert231. Welcome to the family. Great bike. You really should start a thread of your own. With those pictures you would be an instant hit. Black is best and all that on here. The inmates drool all over the pictures and Nursey gets an early night. Ride Safe & Enjoy Joe.
Thanks Joe it's good to be here black is good, but being ex mil and used to ride green Canam, Armstrong, and HD it had to be green for me, but I do like black, but oddly enough never had a black bike.
Hi Malcolm and welcome to the forum Hi Spencert231 and welcome to the forum too Lovely bikes the pair of you. Enjoy
