Sod the salt still on the main roads - the weather was fantastic today. Gentle ride out to H Caff for a cuppa and the long way home. First ride out in four months and I feel refreshed!
I may very well do that! Done spent a good bit on it lately but I may ask for help with that very soon. Great idea!
Cleaned bike, adjusted chain, fitted Eazigrip tank pads and fitted Arrow slip. Ready for a ride out tomorrow to Hawes
Hahaha - v good Whatever your views on the outcome of the vote, you can't help but wonder about how daft the politicians are to want to a) formally remove no-deal from the agenda - that is our only bargaining chip and the EU don't even think much of that! They are hardly likely to negotiate anything at all if they know we are only holding a shite hand of cards... b) Imagine the second world war if Churchill had to contend with a bunch of Nazi/apathetic MP's (Chamberlain) objecting to his war activities. Undermining him at every step... We'd have lost. As an MP you might not like the outcome of a national vote, but for the benefit of the country 'crack on'. If it all fails, those MPs will blame the voters chosing Brexit and overlook that they as MPs stuck a stick in the forks... Deliberately screwing it up (with a bit of help from the EU). Opps - Sorry - what thread is this? Is it the rant one?!? Can't remember. Nice day today wasn't it?
Not on the Triumph today took my little baby 380 for a tea at Walton Oh and for the eagle eyed Avon on the front, Dunlop on the back Shhhhh
Nice alternative triple, I had a 1977 550 and my cousin had a 380, lost count of the number of times we had those engines apart . Interesting to find out the 380's pistons were the same size as the 250.
Well as it is still sunny and warm I thought it only right to go for a little ride for an hour or two. Out to Kenilworth and back via Warwick , lovely. Its great when the brats are back at school and you dont have to go to work any more.
Hopefully I'll not be taking apart the engine already rebuilt and I'm every so nice to her nothing with a 1000 revs of the red line ish Yeah genius on Suzuki's part and helps if you need one
So many parts are the same, the 380 was basically a 250 with another cylinder tagged on, same gearbox, clutch etc .
Third day out in the sun this week at Lepe Country park. Some bloke parked this on the beach and came into the cafe!
Was out today and ended up at A&D Motorcycles, Denbigh, North Wales and as we were leaving a guy pulled up on a green 550. It looked very nice
Great news Andy, bloody hell I run out of brain time riding mine fast, my left foots playingcatch up, engine hits limiter sooo quickly between shifts. However the KTM has at least another 5000 rpm to play with (how do they do that)?
