    Grim...

Having had costochondritis, I can honestly say that procedure will definitely ‘smart a bit’...

Cannot help but think about the bit in Pulp Fiction where Marsellus Wallace describes how he will get some "chums" over to get medieval with some pliers on Zed. It's the sort of thing that should happen to bike thieves and the little cnut that burgled my house in 1995.

Too right - as far as I know I haven’t got one either... Strangely the CSA write to me a lot but I scribble ‘recipient not known at this address’ on the envelopes and pop them back in the post box. Can’t be too careful these days - particularly after having a wayward youth...

Had the misfortune of coming across a twat in a Tesla. We were out for a run to the coast and making 'good' but legal progress when a black Tesla came flying up and was bullying / intimidating the rear rider. Eventually the Tesla overtook (across double white lines) and started hassling the next rider - rince and repeat.

Kind of wondering if the video were delivered to the Police, would it result in a bad day for Mr (and Mrs) Tesla driver.

Here they are at a roundabout being stared at for cutting up...

    Thoughts?

Ensure you have no incriminating evidence of your own on there....

I probably will. My only hesitation is that the riders behind me were riding HDs... wondering if he could claim mitigating circumstances...

If they managed to keep up with you then that proves you were going slow...

By all means take your evidence to the police but I'm guessing, sadly they won't want to know.

West Sussex Police have a system to report events of merit - such as aggressive and illegal driving. Their stated responses are dependent on the quality and thoroughness of the evidence ranging from prosecution, a telling off letter to ignoring the complaint.

Hopefully filming the guy crossing double whites will be enough as I can’t prove he sped and can’t prove even with the video he was sitting on the exhaust pipe of the bike in front of him (angles/parallax didn’t show the distance between him and his victim).

I love the shot of the motorcyclist staring at the occupants of the car as that wasn’t set up - a purely honest / pissed off view of one driver hating another for almost killling them...

And show us his VRN plate - others in the area might need a heads up if this prick is used to getting away with mannerless driving habits.

And I'd definitely submit the footage of his overtake on double whites - assuming it's clear he did overtake a moving vehicle and crossed the solid whites. That is, AFAIK, an 'absolute offence', i.e. the prosecution only needs show that the offence was committed.

Saves them the effort of doing their job if you can get others to do it for you...

    Heck - that’s a startling revelation... they’re genius!

Will try the same at my work!

    Is a VRN "personal data"?

West Sussex Police traffic used to have a snooker league. Once they'd nicked a red car they could go for a colour. You did not want a red (or black) car.
