If you are going out for a run on your motorbike and want some company post here:)

The weather is looking good for this Friday (22/02/19), so I'm thinking of heading north,i will be at Dalwhinnie about 9am then head possibly up to Ullapool,or over to Mallaig.
I'll decide where on the day. If you fancy it let me know

Didn't know you were into running Dougie but I'll join you as I've been training hard all winter and I now run 100 miles per day. I'm not saying I can keep up with you but I'll try my best.

temps are looking like it will be well into the double figures for tomorrow (Friday 22nd Feb),not bad for this time of year,i will be filling up about 9am in Dalwhinnie then i'll be stopping off at the Laggan Wolftrax cafe for breakfast about 9.15 it's just off the A86 about 10 miles from Dalwhinnie, it's a place for mountain bikers as there are loads of trails for them, but they welcome bikers. If your'e there i'll see you.. if not i wont!

Me too. Dalwhinnie is 130 miles......but wholly hypothetical since my daughter booked me 45 mins ago to install new airing cupboard shelving and clear the laundry pile in her spare room before her w/e visitors.

Besides, chasing a triple would create a pile of my own laundry.......

I did think about putting the dog in Kennals and having a night in a bunkhouse somewhere or I might go run the new bypass.
    Have a great day. Pics.

I keep away from wales as it's seems to anti bikes?? Yeah raven cafe then over to Telford, great roads no speed cameras and then back through eccleshall, stoke probably about 120 miles round trip a little more for you though. If it's good weather I'd like to leave quit early. Let me know what your thoughts are

You've put me under pressure now I like the roads, there's plenty of fast twistys to keep you awake. So weather permitting I could meet you at McDonald's, Macclesfield any time after 8:30am or earlier what ever suits

No probs pal, it's the first time out on STR for me so probably better on my own and get some miles under my belt. I'd definitely be up for meet up in the future though.
