Please do we could possibly get @andypandy to add then to the breakfast menu .I fry a scone, and have that with my fry up, come to think of it that helps answer a few weight questions.

When she loses weight it always starts on her boobs, can't be having that, so I just give advice on how good she looks as she is.

I find exercise is better for losing weight rather than dieting but just don't find the time these days.

 

You have to do both, basically you have to have a complete lifestyle change. I do it about every three years.
And really hate one year and love two

 

Well I'm doing my bit for the mountain bike industry and I've lost 2 lbs max.
