Joined the site a few weeks back and thought it appropriate to post a picture of my new bike. Its a 2015 T100, bought private with 1967 miles on it. Only option on it was a centre stand. I have heated grips waiting to go on and next will be a tall sissy bar for my wife. The previous owner had used a corrosion preventative spray on the bike and it is literally as new.

 

Did Jack McWilliams sell you the bike? I really like that guy.

 

I did speak to Jack several times in the showroom, but I was already dealing with Philip Clark & John Tisch. I liked everyone I met there.

 

Here's how he is at the moment, work in progress.
I have a Thruxton seat cowl and side panels being painted tank colour.
Really looking forward to getting them on, should look great

First ride out of 2019 today. A brief 50 miles to test my touring set up (lol, a dry bag bungee'd to the pillion seat and my normal tank bag. Roll on June when I'm going to take a few days to do LEJOG

 

Can you tell me the size of the dry bag. I use a Kriega dry bag but its only a 20L.

 

It's an Oxford Products Aqua 30 litre bag. Should do me for a week away

 

I just got this bike. It's been sitting in a garage for many years so it will take some work to get it up and running but I'm up for the task!
