What Are Your Five Biker Goals For 2019

1. Finish modifying my 1200 Thruxton, chopping the arse end off the rear mud guard, fit new rear light and LED indicators. and fit Weslake Power Cones end cans. A Café Racer is not a Café Racer unless you have done a bit yourself.
2.Book my trip to Spain .
3.Get to some UK Bike Meets .
4. Don't get any speeding tickets .
5.Stay safe, don't bend me or the bike.

 

1. Buy a new Triumph (done, bought a Speedmaster)
2. Prepare for a 5,000 trip
3. Go on the 5,000 mile trip
4. Come back from 5,000 mile trip in one piece.
5. Check off the bucket list item.

 

Ride the Speedmaster to Montenegro in May solo
Get to the Harley Rally in Portugal in June with wife
Get to the Nurburgring in July with son
Five track-days at Oulton and Donington on the KTM
Get the restoration of my T120V kicked off properly.

Now that’s a proper year..

Mind you I am a walsall fan so not going to achieve many goals !!!

 

Nah, but you could set light to a couple of cars and piss in a phone box (if you could find one).

 

1. Clear garage space.
2. Lay flooring in garage.
3. Racking in garage.
4 Strip down and do a complete rebuild on my Bantam, including complete rewire.
5. More bike rallies.

 

When I worked I spent my life planning and delivering, now I'm retired I leave planning to those still working and take life nice and easy.

If I dipped my boots in the Med it would be classified as the start of an environmental disaster - wiping out marine life for miles around!

The bike?

 

1. Have fun.
2. Another european trip this year (deposit paid for Ardennes in August)
3. Complete rebuild of 955i for drag racing
4. Finish higher than 4th in the championship this year.
5. Rebuild the Trophy.

 

Be cautious at all times, attend and part take advanced rider course - focusing on cornering, order some custom parts for the Bonneville, get new kit that’s more comfortable but still protective. Pay forward old kit to less fortunate.

 

1]Hurry up and get my knee replacement done,so then

4]get the bike i really want to do my majority of rides on,then
5] be able to go on the triumph scotland trip.
