Hi my name is Richard born and bred Kiwi. This is my baby I mean ours the wife as well.
I would like a bit of feedback, I have had this bike for a few months and it has a damn annoying squeek that seems constant with the bike speed and stops when you just roll to a stop. Has anyone had a problem like this with their Thunderbird or any thoughts

Just a footnote: the squeek seems to be coming from the drive belt area if the bike.

Welcome aboard Richard, Over tight belt causing a squeak is a common problem.

    Hi mate and welcome
Tension/alignment of the drive belt is very likely the culprit

Kia Ora Richard, and welcome in :cool: as above I think mate, mine has an annoying squeak from the front brake (under braking only) which I need to investigate though ;)

Hi and welcome.... Had a similar problem with my T'bird LT. Dealer suggested spraying the belt with some polish (can't remember which one though). It definitely did the trick.
