    Hi All,
    Happy new year.
I wish to know if any of you wear ankle boots with Kevlar jeans (or similar). If so do you feel the need for shin pads.
When I am riding I feel as if mine are exposed and would appreciate any recommendations of available products.
    Thanks in advance.

I have Kevlar jeans amongst others and prefer a low boot but don't get the same feeling as yourself.
Try wearing longer (football length) socks, maybe it is the draught making you feel vulnerable?

Cheers, that's not a bad shout.
I ride an XC Explorer so I don't think my shins are at much risk but you never know.
Good point though, I never felt this way on the ST.
