I was a stone mason/letter cutter a bit of a dead end job but I was a chip off the old block! I then studied as an optician but it got seriously boring so I wanted to get a job in motorbikes which is my passion and it got seriously out of control from there!

In short, keep your power on, get it back on when it goes off and then report it all to the regulator...

My big Karcher, lost pressure, made a squealing noise and since just trickles..... Any ideas? Is it worth getting it looked at?

At a guess, if it starts up & the motor runs ok but there is no water pressure then its generally the unloader valve that is shot. Failing that the valves in the pump would be the next port of call, followed by pistons & seals.
If the motor doesnt run at all then check the fuse in the plug, if thats ok then the capacitor has probably gone. If you end up changing the capacitor DO NOT touch the wires together on the old capicator as they hold a charge.... Typically between 400-450 volts!

We dont/wont use Karcher products so couldnt possibly say if its going to be an economical repair as i dont know the cost of their spares.
