Bought it as a cheap non-runner a few years ago. Thought I was being clever by taking pictures as I took carbs out (Mikunis) and cleaned them. Would have been great if I didn't lose my phone with pictures! Now a couple of years later, unsure where which pipes go where. Anyone got an idiots guide on where they go? I've done a fair bit of work and it looks great but would be even better if it ran. Didn't find Haynes manual much help.
    Thanks in advance

The 2 hoses closest to the engine are the fuel supply hoses, the 2 nearest to the Airbox are vents and are routed upwards over the top of the airbox to the rear of the bike.

There is a third pipe connected to the smaller tapping on the back of the fuel tap which is connected to the vacuum takeoff on the top of one of the carbs.

Turn the fuel tap to Prime for at least one full minute before attempting to start the bike, pull the choke lever fully on ( towards the rear of the bike ) .

Once up and running turn the tap to run.

Dont attempt to start the bike without the battery being FULLY charged, and if the battery runs down during trying to start, STOP straight away or you risk damaging the starter clutch and an expensive engine out repair ( even though yours has the clutch access cover ).

    Good Luck

The 2 larger hoses from the tap, each go to the inlet fittings along the lower rail between the carbs. It makes no difference which one goes where, as 1 is normal supply, when the tap is pointing forward, the other is reserve, when pointing down. The small hose, fits into top, front hole, on any one of the carbs. The other 2 need to be capped off to make the vacuum work. The holes on the top rear of the carbs should have a hose going down in front of the back wheel. Just what you want is petrol down there ffs. Brilliant design isn't it.
