Hello everybody! I'm Sandy, and I'm big, hence the username. Been known as Big Sandy all my life, might as well stick with it I live in the Highlands of Scotland, not far from the North Coast. After a few years of not having a bike I got tempted by a 1997 Triumph Sprint 900. To be fair, I didn't take a lot of convincing. Its the first Triumph I have ever had, always had Japanese bikes before. I blame my son.... He recently did his cbt and I got bitten by the bug again after test riding his bike prior to purchase. Obviously I won't hold it against him! Do I like the Triumph? Oh yes! I've done more miles on it in the last couple of months than its done between its last couple of MOTs Looking forward to 'meeting' you all!
Welcome Sandy. A few of us will be riding up your neck of the woods a couple of times next year. Keep an eye on the Ride Out threads.

LOL. I'm having keyboard issues. I think it's got dyslexia! Mind, carrot fingers might not help. And the Springer Spaniel that keeps jumping up next to me isn't exactly helping. 'Woof Woof' (that's my dog impersonation.)
That's a good looking bike and a nice landy you got there please expect @MrOrange along shortly he's another landy man. Great picture Sandy
EU? Sounds like it is.. EeeUuu. However, the wall would cost too much to rebuild. Without the EU grants, anyway.
A Dog as well we love dogs on here, unlike bad impressions woof woof!!! licking ya own balls would be a better one Sandy but on this occasion no pictures please
Mr O may well be in a LR forum - I'm sure he'll be along shortly PS He's another southerner from Dumfries and Galloway
Oh, I can't say anything against southerners, was born in Cheshire! Though that's still North to some
