Hi all, I'm looking for a matt black rear hugger for my, new to me, XC. Triumph state that GIVI and PUIG will not fit as I have Triumph panniers ( black & silver plastic Adventure) fitted , not without sawing, cutting the hugger that is. Does anyone know which hugger may fit. I have looked at R&G, and the company states "I haven't heard of any problems", but doesn't really answer the question and don't want to buy, then find out the worst. Any help much appreciated. Thanks.
Hello chipster and welcome to the forum I put a Pyramid rear hugger on my old 800xc when I bought it new in 2013 but hardly ever used the free panniers. Can’t remember there being a problem when the panniers were fitted. HTH.
I have the expedition panniers on my 2016 Tiger but can't for the life of me see why any pannier would be affected by the fitting of a rear hugger.
its the support bar on the right hand side, that will foul according to the techs at my dealership. Its also on GIVIs website that they are not compatible. thanks anyway.
