Hi there, just joined.....got myself a 2014 S3R which I love. Comfy and still sporty enough most of the time.I've got a few mods in mind to try speed up the steering a little, but any suggestions would be great.

    Cheers,
    Scooboo81

Welcome to the Asylum you should fit right in. To keep the inmates happy we will need photos. The first mod you should get is spray it BLACK as it will go a lot faster

To speed up the steering, two low-cost ways : 1. Drop the forks through the clamps about 15mm & or 2. get shorter dogbones for the rear linkage.

Welcome aboard mate, hope you enjoy the forum, good looking steed you have there, are they a few of the famous Scottish midges splattered on the front? One mod I've done on my Speedy is to ditch the lardy twin Arrows for a single, low level can, the weight reduction seemed to make her a little more agile.

This is a option I'm looking at, I like the sc project crt and S1 cans, also austin racing looks good but only available for 2015 onwards.....is there a difference between 14 and 15 when it comes to the headers or something?? oh and yes indeed, good few midges splattered there....photo was taken near Ardnamurchan , west coast , Scotland, beautiful area.

As far as I know they'd be the same, I do like the look of the SC but I went for a Scorpion Serkat end can, leaving the cat on, love the look of it, think I need to remove the passenger footrests and hangers next, I was sure I'd read somewhere they could be replaced with Street triple ones for a neater look but not sure on that one.
