    Aaaaaah No. I’m getting agitated, restless and hot sweats. It’s the first signs of Schnitzel Withdrawal Syndrome a terrible after effect of visiting certain parts of Germany. Be careful guys you may get it too.

    Bernkastel-Kues, which is a bit further south than Traben-Trabach, where we stopped, is pretty impressive. Very much like Cochem with its old square but bigger. The castle is a ruin whereas Cochem's is in one piece! (great views from up there).
    You may be lucky and find a wine festival taking place - worth checking out but leave the car at the hotel! :D

    Been out on the bike today to make sure shes fine. Meet one of my old friends from my younger days . Rob Jones. His "changed" quite a bit since we worked together at Ladbrokes Holiday camp back in the early 80s. . He always had a thing about choppers.and Building them . He and his Girlfriend opened a Tattoo and body piercing shop in Essex . His such a nice bloke Seems strange seeing him now...

    By the way Eric, those schnitzels at Lidl are absolute shite. On Sunday I'm going to have the one topped with goat's cheese and pear, on Monday it's got to be the Holztein Schnitzel and on Tuesday I think I'll try the one with mushroom sauce. All at the Schnitzelhaus in BB of course. Plus as I'm in the car I'll be bringing back severalteen bottles of Mosel dry wine. :D

    I told him to put them round his neck!
    He not only lost his keys in Bad Bertrich but his bike, and even his apartment! (He eventually locked his keys in that). :joy:
