I am rebuilding my Kielhin Carburettor off my 2001 Thunderbird. I have sourced all the parts except the part which is most worn and probably giving me the most problems of rich mixture. No matter how low I turn the mixture it still runs rich. There was noticeable ware in the carburettor so I decided to rebuild it. However, I cant source the emulsion tubes for the carbs. Can get similar but not quite the same holing. Can anybody advise where the emulsion tube can be sourced or an alternative.

Because what youre calling the emulsion tube is the needle jet

    Needle jet
    T1241025

which fits from the bottom not from the top like some of the others

Yeah, that's what they have on the Triumph parts diagram. However, my bike dose nt have this jet, it has about an 1" long emulsion tube jet which also screws in from the bottom. Wonder if someone changed the jet for an emulsion tube jet instead of the short needle jet. I know the ignition coils were changed from HT cap to coils.
