Just added a Dart Flyscreen to the Bonneville and cannot recommend this product enough. I inherited a full screen with the bike but never used it as previous owner said it affected the handling of the bike when lane changing at motorway speeds. The Dart arrived the day after ordering and comes with full instructions, not that it is hard to fit and the job can be done in minutes. The difference is amazing for such a small screen. I had felt pressure against my chest at 60mph before, which becomes very noticable at 70mph and then feels like you are holding on at any speed above that. The Dart diverts the wind over your shoulders and you can hardly feel the wind at 70 now. So much so that you have to keep an eye on the speedo. I don't think it spoils the bikes looks either unlike some other screens.
Hi yes it certainly looks good it detracts nothing from the bike, do they have the fly screens available in a solid ready for spraying ?
Not sure Wombal - but here is a link to the website. FLY SCREENS - TOURING SCREENS - BIKINI FAIRINGS Regards Steve
Is that the standard tint? I hope to commute ( and do some longer weekend trips ) on my yet to be bought Bonnie so this looks a good option. Looks better than the full height screens, too.
Hi, Sorry, just seen your question - yes that's the standard tint. One of the best things I've bought for the bike I would say. Regards Steve
No probs, and thanks. It certainly looks very unobtrusive and I've not read a bad word about it so definitely seems something to put on the list for after purchase additions I seem to be spending a lot of time on Triumph's Configurator...............
