Bridge of Spies with Tom Hanks and Mark Rylance (for the second time). Excellent cold war thriller.

Last good film I watched was Hacksaw ridge, unbelievable it was based on a true story, amazed how one guy could have so much courage, strength and determination to do what he did!!

Red Sparrow. Good flick. Now that new BladeRunner. So Harrison Ford is an Android and had a kid with Sean Young ? Just how does that work?

Denial - Timothy Spall plays a holocaust denier who accuses Rachel Weiss of libel when she calls him out. Sounds dull but is bloody brilliant!

Not a film but a tongue in cheek look at the history of Britain, Cunk on Britain. Available on BBC I-player for the next twenty days. I watched episode one last night and found it dry and amusing, maybe because I was bored, I'm not sure. But I'm certainly going to try episode two. It's very well done by Mrs/Miss/Ms Cunk. I've never seen or heard of her before. One of the best bits is where she questions an expert on Arthur from Camelot.

What a great pile of shite. How the bloody hell did this script get approved?? Give me a couple of days and I could do better. Have they never seen Where eagles dare? The plot and characters were created by children!

So glad I didn't pay to go to the cinema.

Watched "Jungle" last week with Daniel Radcliff, based on a true story and well worth a look.

I just watches Jeff Lynne and ELO last night on Showtime channel. What a great show they put on. I have to agree with one of his fellow musicians when he described Jeff as a modest genius!

    12 strong.

Think the magnificent seven, but American special forces in Afghanistan. Supposed to be based on fact, but I imagine takes a few liberties.

Quite an entertaining 2 hour romp, worth a watch, imho.
