So true. I used to have a friend in our street who used to spend hours in mine playing with my stuff and on my trike and pedal car cos his mum wouldn't let him play with his with friends for fear of them getting scratched. In all fairness they should go halfsies with me when they put them on Ebay.

Yes. My favourite station. And being in the East of England I could always tune in. Way better than Radio London. Simon Dee, Chris Moore, Tony Blackburn, Dave Lee Travis (cough), Tommy Vance et al. That was when I was still a kid in to singles pop music I really liked it when it morphed (or resurrected) in to an albums only evenings only station in the 70's hosted by Tony Allen iirc.
