How did you find the riding position compared to the Speed? They do look a great bike. Come on Triumph develop an engine to match this BMW!

Bit jealous if I'm honest but I still have access to my wife's Street Triple for a fast blast.
Hear there is talk of BMW using the S1000R engine in a fast adventure style machine perhaps similar to the Multistrada .... sounds like my perfect machine.

That would be good but would it not take away from their GS? Triumph need to get the old Daytona engine out..that was at least 150bhp.. They must be able to get more out of the 1050 lump...
its also a heavy engine as well...

What GPR Exhaust it that mate, have you had any issues with it, did you run it on the standard map? I'm heading over to GPR tomorrow near Newark to get the single low GPE carbonox fitted but really like the look of the one you have.

    Cheers,
    Jamie

Jamie its the GPR powercone. No issues looks good IMO saves a load of weight.. runs fine on standard map DO NOT install triumph lowboy map standard map is fine...Low boy map is far too rich and you lose 5bhp..
Mine has been set up on rolling road and custom map. For the price you cant go wrong... got mine from ebay.
