    Hi all,
I have recently bought a triumph scrambler 900 2014, I have found the suspension both front and back to be a bit lacking compared to other bikes. I have noticed a lot of people seam to up grade the suspension on the 865 bonneville range. Does anyone know of a reasonably priced suspension spring set and rear shocks that will make the bike more comfortable and not break the bank?

YSS do a nice rear shock that makes a big improvement all round.

I've got excellent Ikons on my SE, but knowing what I know now, based on bike-builder advice, I'd go YSS if they do them for the Scrambler. YSS design and manufacture for other big brands, then after an agreed period put out the same units cheaper under the YSS brand name.

I ordered my front springs from TEC and they were great with customer service, quick to ship, and informative. Looking to order my exhaust from them soon since I liked them so much.

I have several TEC bike products on my 2006 scrambler. I like them and the company is easy on the old wallet! Very reasonably priced as well. As Delboy says, you have to consider the bike being upgraded. After all, the Scrambler is not in competition for the world motocross championship! lol

    Didn't
Delboy take off the tec shocks and then fitted YSS?

Isn't that the way of it? when we make a change, if it doesn't work, we move on. Then again, sometimes we make changes to a bike just because we can. Just my way, certainly not the only way!

I used Thruxton shocks to make the bike sit 1.5 inches lower in the rear. Only been breaking the bike in gently so far but they seem fine for street riding.
