Putting my Xmas list together ie ‘bits for biking’ and I would like to fit a louder and better horn but I don’t want anything that’s much bigger or naff looking
Anyone got any suggestions ? I’ve seen Hella mentioned elsewhere

I put a Denali Mini Motorcycle SoundBomb on my Bonneville, not much bigger than the OEM one, ten minutes to fit and makes a noise like a horn should rather than the ridiculous beep beep that a Triumph horn makes.

I was impressed when I pushed the button for the first time, by comparison my bike now sounds like a truck lol, for £25 it’s a good buy or at least one of my better purchases, best wishes.

Curiosity I’m assuming you fitted the new horn off the same mounting point as the original ?
Problem I’ve got is the dresser/crash bars which restrict space ( horns a bit bigger than I anticipated)
Reckon I can mount it sideways with horn mouth facing forward but down by making a small elongated bracket and bolting this sandwiched between the top radiator bracket and frame

    Hi John.

Originally I put the horn in the OEM horns position, shortly after I bought a rectifier relocation bracket and there was a optional hole for relocating the horn so I moved it to that however I didnt have any issues on the first position.

Between the down tubes on the frame. It’s dark now but happy to take a photo in the morning. Just uploaded this photo, look under the headlight you should be able to see the rectifier and horn.
