    But who's paved area, yours or the local authority ??? If it was still on your property how can they renage?

    Does this mean you wouldn't be paid out if the bike was parked elsewhere, such as outside a friends place, or a café, or a shop, or in a filling station ?????

    No need, I’ve discontinued the claim as I’ve sorted the bike myself!

    So Jez, are you saying that when you take out the insurance and declared it as garaged, if you are at home with bike on the drive and you nip in to get your gloves and some fecker nicks it, you wouldn't be insured ???

    If so, that is iniquitous.

    It seems to me that absurd rules like that encourage people to make 'appropriately worded' claims, if you know what I mean.

    I totally agree you got to be so careful to think through exactly what your going to say, to the point of writing the buggar down before you make a call, cos the truth is not always the best policy as far as POLICIES is concerned
