    Fellow travellers,

I try to note all your sightseeing inputs! The first 5 where a great start! Funny, but I am going to see some of these highlights for the first time myself

As I told Andy, I‘ll also be checking out some hotspots over the cold season and do some on hands previewing in spring and summer.

Just as a general question: is anybody interested in going to the Nürburgring?
It is an hour’s drive from Berti. If you want to race the ring, it is about 40 € per lap.
Sometimes pretty busy though. Nothing for the faint-hearted... I only did it as ‚Copilot‘ in the 911 of a friend.
I can tell you, the ring eats your tires like Gummibärchen. They do not call it the Green Hell for nothing.
You can also take a Ring-Cab (Mostly BMW Ms) with an experienced driver. Quite pricy though.

Let me know, if there is general interest. :grinning:

Some of the best historic places to visit on the Mosel are (IMHO):
Beilstien - well preserved, market square dates back to 1322 and no vehicles allowed! Cocham - riverside bars, castle and market square, Bernkastel-Kues - bigger than Cocham with a fabulous medieval market square and Trier - famous for it's well preserved Roman remains, bigger than the others but can get busy. Sadly the centre is modern as Trier was heavily bombed during the war.

Not that I can recall Wayne. I think the Mosel valley was spared most of the fighting as the American Third army (under Patton) fought to the north to prevent a German counter attack through Belgium and south around Luxembourg. They crossed the Moselle in France and the Rhine was the bigger target.

You are probably on the wrong server. I always use the little black NSA-man and it always works... :no_mouth:

I haven't got a little black NSA man - just the orange one. He likes France, Belgium and the Netherlands though! :D
