This building was built in Braemar before the anticipated railway line was built..according to local legend Queen Victoria wasn't happy and said there will not be a railway line in Braemar as long as I'm alive..so the railway never happened....the building is now a house and the local Hotelier lives in it

 

I expect you being a rough tough Scot you stripped down to your gruds and went for a refreshing splash in those tempting waters. It being a balmy 17 degrees.

 

Good weather for a run around Hampshire. Ended up at a typically busy Loomies - spotted this rather special Thunderbird among others.

360 mile round trip to Bolton to see mum. Bright and warm all the way - until Manchester when it started to rain persistently until I got to the same point on the way back.
Why am I not surprised by this!
Got to clean the bike again now.

 

Got to ride to Stratford upon Avon for a burger and beer. Somehow managed to lose my helmet camera on the A46. Pitty... Lovely weather nonetheless.

Today as I set up to remove my front sprocket 146Nm I flattened the washer and the bolt spun off held on by washer at about 0 Nm.

 

10p well spent on a bent washer then?

 

I started off slagging the last owner, then thought,This would'nt happen if I bought new, then I thought na it probably would.

Gave the Tiger a good scrub yesterday and as I had a training day in Corby today I was able to take the bike.
I really miss commuting by bike.

 

Finally got the official wedding pics. Needless to say, bloody chuffed.
