Bought some cheaper wavy front disks for my ST1050 and after less than 300 miles they have warped. Apparently they have been made from plate steel and not cast or forged as they should have been. Because the grain is different, when the disks get hot (not that hot!) they can warp as the grain doesn't resist the forces as it should. The eBay seller is refusing to take them back, saying I must have been too hard on the brakes - bollox! If I don't get any joy I'll let everyone know who they are....

Let us know anyway and keep us up to date with your progress.
Could stop someone buying them now then if they come good it'll be business as usual

what utter bollocks and bad attitude from the seller surely a brake disc should be built to withstand friction, heavy use or not seems like product is not fit for use surely you could reject it as such i.e not fit for purpose, get eBay and PayPal involved and raise a dispute.

How did you pay for them - Paypal ? Put in a complaint to Ebay and you'll almost certainly get your money back.
