    I've forgotten the model of this Triumph I saw at Oakley Motorcycle Club but it was a sweet little thing and I had a go on it around the car park.

    On a damp Saturday morning I got chatting to this meridian bonnie owner outside pure triumph Woburn. He told me the trickle of oil wasn't a proper oil leak.

    From the look of it it's a 650 Thunderbird. I used to have one in 1970 Reg plate was 121FWR. I wonder if it's still about?

    I think its probably a Thunderbird 6TA of about '54.

    From mid June to end of July it was a great summer. I had just taken ownership of my street scrambler and was out two or three evenings a week plus weekends and the weather was peachy. I admit August was crap.
