Gotta say tho Rich, you weren't obeying the two second rule by a long way ...

Two seconds? And I always thought it was two and a bit yards.

This week I've only shared my garage with the old strumpet as I've been unrustifying and hammeriting gear that's been waiting (cough cough) years for a damn good overhaul.

Hi Jez, the bike (Tigger) is quite torquey at low revs (very low:blush:) but I don't mind at all. When you're going on a bimble with your mates you just work stuff like this out. We did discuss today about how we would handle mountain passes in the Alps and if things get frustrating I'll just blast past and wait up, at the top.

The main thing is we have fun, with great food/drink/roads/weather - not asking too for much then ????

Anusol Plus HC, the best if you can get it in France. The hydro cortisone shrinks the piles. Same stuff that women put on their faces to get rid of wrinkles. Don't get any on your willy !

Doubt it. No van featured in the video, and looked more like Rich went alongside the car in front because he couldn't have stopped in time. If he had been riding with a longer (two second) gap then the van behind him would have had more distance and time too.

Quite ironic really as Rich is quite vociferous about ANO riding too close ...

Plus, it looked like he was paying more attention to the car that had pulled out, rather than the car directly in front of him.

Adapted the straight through (totally empty) reverse cone into a megaphone with baffles to improve the midrange on my Triton:)

Today is packing day - Tigger has got her panniers and topcase back on and she does look rather spiffing!

New biking trousers supposed to be arriving today (to go with new jacket that my lovely wife bought me) so all being well I'll be the best 'togged up' for a trip in years.

Think a blue bow tie should be worn with that Dave. :)

Moved pen to my ex mrs place for a clean up and service. Back in my nice garage .....love this Garage of mine, it was my refuge when i was with her: unamused:. I stay away from here most of the time but needs must. I pick up my new bike tomorrow so Pen can get a bit of a rest after her long ride at the GMU. Now the new bike is coming she can get striped a bit earlier than the winter. I am collecting the new bike from Hollyhead, So getting the ferry from Dublin tomorrow morning and returning with her the same day. I only have an hour to collect her so its going to be tight :kissing:.

Good luck wayne, I hope all goes well for you and the new ride, as you say Pen deserves the rest and attention. (attention doesnt sound right more pampering)
