Daytona is back together and will attempt to see if the bloody thing will start tomorrow and then will make a start on the trident

 

I picked up my new to me speed triple, did about 75 miles. Very impressed to say the least.

 

Go the bike out o the garage yesterday... Noticed some fur had grown on it..... Yeh what the fuck... Garage a bit damp but mates R6 & my DRZ not affected...maybe It was coz it was under a cover.....
Gave it a good clean and then sprayed it with the WD40 pig recommended to me... Does the job and will hopefully stop the furring...
Need to build me a new man cave me thinks with proper heating & no leaks...

 

Its good stuff aint it? I get through shit loads of it with work.... When i can be bothered to go in that is :wink:

 

Does he same job as AFC50 at a quarter of the price... I just sprayed it over everything... Plastered the DRZ in it beginning of this year and no furring on any of the screws or engine... Not bad.... Will def be getting me some more but I have a ton left still....can't remember the place I got it from though...

On an early at work at the moment so will have a proper go at getting it fixed when I get home, In the mean time I better look like I'm actually doing something productive to keep my skipper happy

Nothing just got finished and have put the battery on charge so see how that goes

 

Cleaned the bike the other day... tried the new snow foam gun on the jet wash... OK but not Brilliant.

Some of the guys at Volvo racing club Finland`s forum keep singing the gospel of the foam lance but the truth is you`re not gonna get it cleaned without a good scrub.

Got the new rubber fitted last night - Michelin Pilot Road 3's. F*** me they have got some tread compared to the K3's that came off! Can't wait to get some time off work to try them out .
