Hi everyone, New to this Forum business, but here goes. I live in Horsham West Sussex UK, belong to the Hinckley Triumph Owners Club and ride a T100 (2015 model) and have just picked up a Street Twin (2017 model) with only 300 miles on the clock. My question to you all is "how would I know if has been A2 restricted" as I am still running it in for the first owner who I never met and as I am keeping the revs down, I am not sure what to look for.

Thanks for the info, I will go through paperwork and see what I can find. The seller hinted that the previous owner may have found it a bit much in power for her, if this was the case and she did not want anything to fast, I just presumed it may have been restricted, but you are right, it has not had its first service so I am keeping the revs down at present.

    Welcome to the forum Gary.
Best restriction I know of is not to open the throttle too much.

Welcome from sunny California. Probably no way to really know what the previous owner did. I would not worry about it and just follow the owners manual. If it were me I would change the oil and filter now. Cheap insurance for engine longevity.

Welcome aboard Gary. PM me the last six digits of the VIN number and I can tell you if it was produced as an A2 bike.
