I was going too. But they are fine. I changed then over the winter. I can't fathom out why this one split under the clip.??? It's not cut but jagged. Very strange .

Did about 150 miles today in the company of figwold after an early breakfast searching out single tracks in Northants, Rutland and Leics. Had a real blast especially down the B664 to Mkt Harboro from Uppingham via Stockerton. Cuppa and shandy at Foxton Locks before home for lunch and nap. Brilliant. Did similar yesterday with another mate when I caught some air over one of the wee downhill bridges on the Stockerton Road - pleased to say I kept the bike upright. 20170709_084845.jpg

Had drive out to Triumph world at Chesterfield to look at the toys. Thinking I might get Tiger to keep the Bonnie company.

Then because Harley are just round the corner we called in there too. Of course herself was drawn to the sparkly Harley.

    Not my thing at all.....

I managed 219 miles from the 'free' tank of petrol Edinburgh Triumph gave me when I bought it, computer now says 20 miles til empty. Not too shabby I reckon.

Yes 6k is fast approaching then things get livelier again :yum:yum

Met Wayne (Havit) today and spent 7 hours riding some fantastic roads from Dublin to Waterford. Big thank you to Wayne. Having pint now and a meal...
