Have to agree with DD great job but look better with the wire re-routed
(same as I did should work for you as well, up the tow bar then behind rear chrome rear mud supports to underneath seat and plug in, just as easy to remove as well.

    Cheers lads :)
Know what you're saying but the lead is well clear of the chain and suspension moving parts so no danger there :p
The idea is that once I'm back from a camping trip or rally the tow bar comes off easily with the lead attached and hangs up in my garage as I think it spoils the look of the bike
The footrest hangers come off with the tow bar as well
If I need to carry a pillion I have a rear seat, sissy bar and can put footrests back on :p

Sounds good Dilligaf, I'm lazy though so it usually stays ! But when I take it off it makes a difference! Weight when gone !

    Cheers capt.

    A wonderful job.

Don't get spooked when you see it in the mirror and think someones tailgating because opening the throttle wide isn't going to help.

Looking forward to this Friday .Off to what was Tridays in Austria on the Tiger 800.Weather does not look that good unless you are a duck but to hell with it .There are a lot more things to worry about then a bit ( more like a lot of ) RAIN.Stopping of in the Mosel Valley for a couple days on the way down to Austria ,should be good fun .Taking the ferry from Harwich across to Holland ,got fed up with all the blockading of Calais by the French.Last year was the last straw we went to Germany via Dover Calais on that dreadful week the french blockaded Calais. So well done you lovely French people you have lost one group of people who will no longer use the Dover/Calais crossing due to you presently blocking the port of Calais and ruining our holidays
