hi,just jioned the site just saying hello,i ride a 65 plate rocket 111,got ride of a 14 plate 1200 explorer,engine went bang at 5000 miles,triumph rebuilt it ,then i got rid ,bag of shit. apart from my rocket just done 3500 miles now being booked in for a gearbox strip down/inspection ?? hope to chat with other rocket owners to see what problems they have had.
Hi and welcome - I also have a Rocket 111 the T version. Used to have an Explorer xc but moved up to the beast. R3 forum is loaded with trans problems, nearly put me off my bike ( don't like hassles especially expensive ones). All the best mate
Welcome to the forum Paul. That sounds like more than just bad luck with that low a mileage, get shut once rebuilt would be my advice, but not to anyone on this forum.
