    The weather is set fair for this coming week end. My mother in law is coming to stay. (she's lovely really).
    Do any of you fancy a meet up/meet up and ride ?
    Lancs/Yorks/Chesh/Derby ?
    Fish and chips run to Whitby ?
    Biker cafe ?
    Wherever ?

    Well SmilinJack's offered to meet at Yonderman's if you're up for it on Sunday. That would make three of us which would just about make a crowd I guess.

    The ride looks better than the poi which is probably better that way. Are we having Sunday as the day as I may be working Monday but not sure as yet. Also I'll be on a snide bike.......

    So Sunday is still looking reasonable weather wise. Are you two reprobates a definite yes for a meet on Sunday ?

    So, got up at 6:30am, tupperware sky but roads drying out. Shower, get dressed, sat having a bit of brekkie, looks out of the window, sheets of fine rain blowing across my view. Plans cancelled. But forecast for later on looks ok so should get out then.

    Was actually out that weekend :)

    Went from Leyland, up through skipton, Harrogate, York, Bridlington with a stop in Whitby for a fish supper. Then onto Middlesbrough for the night.

    Day 2 saw us head over to Barnard castle, hart side cafe, Keswick, Ambleside, Lancaster and home :) not 1 motorway the whole day and a thoroughly enjoyable, if slow (swmbo still hasn't mastered corners, or heights yet!!!!) ride!!!!
