Yep I agree with the last few posts as Dougie D says its would be and in fact it is sad to see smaller more traditional shops disappearing from our shopping streets, I would much rather walk down a high street with various shops than visit a so called shopping mall, such as like the metro centre I wont go there, Once everything is moved online such as that bloody miserable Jock, Mr O wants you'll be screwed on price just the same.
Yes, screwed on price already. Everyone goes on ebay to see what its worth. no more bargains no more deals .Nevermind the stuff they compare too has sat unsold for ages ( unless you ve be looking you dont know that ) and so the prices are creeping up. My town has 5000 people , two shops and a petrol station now.

all the politicians that think its good to tax 50% of high earners wages,so what if they earn loads they pay plenty if tax as it is unless that have some tax avoidance scam going,why should anyone pay half their earnings in tax with mps and their allowances for food transport umpteen expenses that the rest of us have to pay for should pissoff,i don't earn a lot but if I did still wouldn't want to give anyone half my earnings.

And next month when you need a new #+&$%@ to keep it working they don't stock the parts ? What's that about,, oh I know buy a new one spend 200% more than necessary !! Cheers capt.

oh well everyones entitled to an opinion but i dont agree i know that not 50% of all earnings get taxed thats not what i meant,i still think its wrong to pay 50% full stop its not as if you use any more of the services and tax gets paid on plenty as it is so will agree to disagree,its not an easy thing to get right and not everyone would agree at end of the day you earn that money and nobody should pay 50% tax even if they earn shedloads of money,a lot more should be done to make sure companies and individuals pay their share no more no less.
My car has failed it's MoT. Six years old, Focus Ecoboost 1.6 150, less than 50k miles, full dealer service and it failed on, wait for it..... both front coilovers are broken. Service receptionist: did it feel odd or make clonking noises? Me: no! The poor sod was only relaying the tech's message but I do have my doubts. Both at once? With no symptoms at all? £500 for the fix, plus the service it was in for, plus the MoT plus the replacement rad expansion tank (knew about that - cap seized and broken). My poor credit card. Will hopefully get it back tomorrow and will be even slower over road humps than before.
