Well I decided to swap the superbike for a triumph speedmaster and love it. Just need to start the mods now. Anyone know where I can go for a remap after I get new pipes? I'm in West yorkshire
Hi Adam and welcome Like you I got rid of the silly fast bike I was on and got myself a speedmaster Like you I love it It's the sort of bike that you don't just ride but have to tinker with..... it's addictive mate BEWARE Got cocktail shaker exhausts coming tomorrow There's loads of stuff in here with regards to re maps Tune ECU etc Triumph twin power are on here as well Have a good look mate and you'll find everything you need and loads of silly childish behaviour
I can't wait I am tempted with the cocktail shakers but don't want to upset the neighbours haha I'm on with looking through all the forum now finding lots of things useful cheers
Hi and weclome Adam. There are many on the forum that have come off sports bikes to cruisers, so you are in good company. Nice bike by the way. Wessa
Rather flat there. I do either south of where I am or straight up to east coast or the Yorkshire dales.
Hi, Adam and welcome - even if your street cred has taken a severe dive by admitting to being a resident of Cas'! Not that I've got owt to brag about - but at least Goole is easy to get out of, which I do as often as possible! And yes, my roots are only a very few miles from your current abode. For a remap I would check with Team Roberts at Conisborough (my personal preference) or A1 Moto at York. Many people use Tune ECU from within the intricacies of the worldwideweb, but don't ask me how it works 'cos I know not, summat about tunelec cables and downloads. Far too complex for a simple Luddite such as I (when I were a lad etc etc). Enjoy being here - much knowledge and lunacy readily available as and when you feel the need.
Its ok when im out on bike ill say im from leeds thanks for the recommendations on a remap I might take them up... I've been reading up on Tune ECU which sounds too easy sooo I'm sure I'll manage to do it wrong computers arnt as easy as riding a bike! This forum is proving useful most my questions are already asked so I'm just searching and reading right now but will start joining in on the lunacy soon I'm sure
