Depending on the actual markings plus any additional markings, they may/may not be correct.
Just plain double yellow lines along the road and loading/unloading is allowed, but if it's double yellows and short double yellows at 90 degrees across the kerb, then there's no loading/unloading either....

Just heard on BBC R4 that dash cams and helmet cam films are being used as evidence to prosecute drivers. This is film taken by members of the public, so I see a day when every busybody and his wife will be grassing up bikers for any infringements, so watch out, there could be a copper in every car.

Worrying this is. Even if you consider your riding to be safe the dosy car driver might not, so you could end up in bother when actually you have not done anything wrong. Where does this leads to ......
