Its easy found mate behind the rt side panel (when sitting on bike) leads to a wire that enters rear mudguard (rear harness) I unplugged this wire then - used the main plug and released each pin in turn and soldered another wire to it, I bought a 6 pin connector from ebay to connect these copied wires to, this was connected to a trailer wire.
I used this connector but one like this is ok they all do the same thing, and yes it fits neatly behind the side panel

Called at Triumph dealer near Doncaster and discussed the lowering of my 07 Tiger. He put me in touch with Lust Racing who sell lowering kits to reduce height by up to 40mm. There cheap at about £60. has anyone done this?

That's what I thought to..... had to stop and take five as they seemed to be every where. You hardly see them through the week normally.

Ordered a new rear tyre for the LT. The one that's on has got just over 5k miles on it, so not sure by July that it would get me the full mileage on my Ireland trip; I will get it fitted just before I leave for the trip.

Been in the garage tonight with bits of metal bar and a tape measure working out mounting points/height/length etc
    All going well so far
Been looking at TEZ217s tow bar photos for inspiration (cheers mate)
Pretty quiet at work at the moment so hopefully will have the metal work done this week and have myself a quickly detachable tow bar for my speedmaster :)
Got some tinnies left over from Into The Valley so I'll have them and go to bed
    It's a life innit

Dropped off my Tiger 800 for it's 12000 mile service this morning and given a Tiger Sport as a courtesy bike. Should be with crispey at Loomies but w*rk got in the way again .
Enjoying the extra bhp but still not really sold on the styling - also kept missing the gear lever initially as it seems to be more "tucked in" than the one on the Tiger 800. Main gripe though - just not as comfortable - probably suits taller riders. They need to put the 1050 engine in the 800 xrx 2017-05-10 09.27.17.jpg 2017-05-10 09.27.46.jpg body!
