I was going to collect my new bike tomorrow but struggling getting someone to free up a full day travelling from Cardiff to Bedfordshire! Looks like I will be going up; purchasing the bike and then arranging for it to be collected in the week. Any advice is appreciated. Cheers
i was going to use Bike2you before the dealer offered to deliver mine, they seemed to be good value though
bike2you, Rob Manning 07903129868, really reliable chap, delivered my Bonnie from Norfolk to Livingston no probs.
I have used these guys and they were very good and I would recommend. http://www.a2bmotorcyclemovers.co.uk/A2Bmotorcylemovers/Welcome.html
By all accounts they are very good but usually very busy and you often have to wait 2 weeks or more before they can deliver, thats when I found bike2you.
Last year Bertrand moved my Triumph Sprint approximately 300 miles for around £100. I have had lots of bikes delivered over the years but never so cheaply, so quickly and with such continuous communication (cheerful guy as well). His firm is called Dolwolfian Logistics 0797 441 0416. (DolwolfianLogistics.com) Have a look at the prices and reviews on here: https://www.facebook.com/Dolwolfian-Logistics-1398302323824263/
I reckon we can go far together as a team DD We might have to keep stuff like this to ourselves via PMs. Set up a little business based from a Phone box called We-con-U or something similar, could go ballistic mate. Bloody hell Ive gone and opened my big Northern trap again and warned folk off!
You bloody grass! lol Only criminal record I've ever had is 'Jailhouse Rock' by Elvis Presley. Boom boom!
Getting financially shafted all your life, does tend to shape your way of thinking. I don't think some of the recovery firms are that bad though unlike the insurance total rip off merchants.
Yep agreed on that. Unfortunately as many have said the ploy is not likely to work; still like your thinking though! Wessa
