I've had a Street Twin since September 16 and have rode over 2000 miles in all conditions. When riding on wet roads the rear wheel throws huge amounts of spray and road dirt up onto the seat and riders back. It is so bad I wouldn't consider taking a pillion passenger in the wet. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem and maybe come up with a solution. I've asked my dealer but they don't think Triumph are considering making a hugger.

Not had a problem and heard nothing similar. Do you have a tail tidy?

Thanks. I've been looking at all the other variations of new bonneville and none of them seem to have a hugger as an accessory. It seems everything is style over function.

Hello. No the bike is standard apart from a centre stand and rack. I've owned many bikes before the street twin but never had spray that coats the back of my jacket and seat.

Your lucky this is the first bike that does it, no problem with my new T120, wife is pleased as her jacket does not gets a dirt line just as our cycling jackets.

No problem on my Bonnie and its been ridden in some shitty weather.
Fit a rack and bungee tie a bag or something on it in the bad weather.
A picture would be good to see if the rear end has been modified in any way, it certainly doesn't sound right.
