    I am fine luckily, also have witnesses and my camera,
    He lied to the police saying he was sat still at the lights but my video shows him pull across me at the cross roads
    I am in the recovery van heading home.

    Wife is megga pissed off at me just for being in the situation.
    As said though, no injuries so could be worse

    I had only done 200 miles on the bike
    ... So depressed now

    i feel for you RT you must be gutted,hopefully it will be sorted asap and your bike will be as good as new again

    Oh what a horrible thing to read :(

    Glad you came out of it unscathed RT, but so sorry to hear your bike didn't do so well. Hopefully your camera footage will be put to good use.

    MickEng, my bad I saw now. I was looking at the pictures RT posted when still at the dealer and replied on that. Jeez I'm really sorry RT that is shit luck. Hope you get the parts you need easily and cheaply. Glad you are okay though. Again sorry about my late response to your images and for missing the obvious :(

    Thanks guys, Carole Nash insurers have been brilliant. I have a load. Bike turned into up tomorrow.
    Arranging for the bike to be taken to the Triumph guys soon.
    My work are very good and taking today off and possibly tomorrow depending on when the loan bike is dropped off.
    I am really hoping for a quick turnaround in getting g this fixed.

    Just received the bike, a Suzuki 750 GS summin or other, a commuter bike but decent for a short while. They did offer a 1300 bandit but i opted for the lighter weight bike.

    They didn't have any Triumphs
