Had a mate back in the 60's who bought a Caterham, or some such kit car, put it together, sold it, bought a couple more, took orders, put them together, sold them, and so on. Gave up his steelworks job (before Corby S&L Works closed) to do it full time. Had a very nice very early retirement to the South of France.

A couple or three of us popped over to OMC club night last night. As the old adage goes, when the sun comes out, watch out there'll be bikes about.

 

Yesterday was out for 3-4 hrs bimbling, the Tigers running lovely with her new air filter in. 25°c, blue skies and full sun.

Nothing today - 11°c, grey skies and no sun.

Enjoyed a long ride home from work yesterday, making the most of a lovely evening.

Looking forward to tonight, where I'm going out for a ride with both my sons for the first time since we all got mobile on 2 wheels.
