Bike Dryer

Thanks for posting. There was a thread on here a while ago regarding using pet dryers for drying bikes. The consensus was that the pet dryers are better value than dedicated 'bike dryers', they do the same job.
I've been meaning to buy one too.

 

I've got a Stihl 2 stroke leaf blower that dries things quite well.

 

I've got a compressor for changing tyres that I occasionally use for drying . A bit too powerful for some parts of the bike but has its uses.

 

Hi I said it in the other forum post too, here in OZ we use a wee little bright light in the sky! Astronomers call it "SUN" it lights up everything and you can see for miles and miles, works in under 10 min's on a good day and so cheap to run. Works on our pets too !

Hi Gazza, I got similar reply in the other forum post on bike dryer ! I usually us a shammy and then "sunlight"

 

What is this 'sun' of which you speak? We need to know!

A Yorkshireman buying a round?? PREPOSTEROUS!! He would be deported to Lancashire immediately - and rightly so!

 

Leaf blower too. Going to invest in a cordless one soon.

 

Small nozzle on compressor airline, gets the water out of all the little nooks and crannies where it settles around recessed bolts etc.

I've got the same one I find it really good and it also comes in handy for defrosting the freezer it takes minutes

 

I use a petrol leaf blower, works brilliant !
