Selling my Bonnie, 2003, red, under 25000 miles, 24000 valve check done, fully serviced then, and since then I've changed oil/filter for my piece of mind!
At Service it had: New chain/sprockets, disc's & pads.
I've put 2 new Avon tyres plus battery, and 19 tooth front sprocket.
Datatool alarm/imobiliser working perfectly along with 2 keys/button pads,
Extra's: K/Q saddle, mirror extensions, screen, engine bars, rack & back rest, pannier rails, centre stand, knee pads and 'nuts' pad, twin clocks.
Paper work includes early history & Haynes manual.
Nice nick for a 14 year old bike, went straight through MOT, no advisories in October.
Sensibly priced to sell, ready for touring, only selling as I want to decorate & re-carpet new house, and TBH lost interest in bike.
Ready to buy, sling a leg over and go touring!
Would be able to assist in courier collection, can highly recommend one that brought it up from Norfolk for me.

Picture as I bought it, nothing's changed!

Sensibly, between me and a potential owner, they may not want any one (wife?) knowing what they paid.:)

My asking was for others, thought you had just forgotten to put it on. To be honest, if I have to ask, I don't usually bother!

I always presume those that don't put up a sale price, don't want an honest price for the bike and are trying to get too much for it / being a chancer. So therefore, I ain't going to ask. When I sell any cars, first thing I do is put a huge sign in the window with the price on it. If a passing motorist see the car and the price, they might consider a good deal and stop and look further. I do. If it just says FOR SALE, never stop or take a look. Drive past any car/bike dealer and you see all the prices first.

Takes a couple of minutes on autotrader / Ebay to know the rough value of a bike, so don't see the great secret. I am not really in the market for a Bonneville, but if the price was what I considered a great deal for a 14 year old bike that was fairly local, might just stick it in my garage. Always on the look out for a good deal / another bike.

I never ask the price, not even in a shop. No price, therefore not really for sale.

Just my personal opinion on the matter. :)

Shame to see you selling, but good luck. Bike looks nice, wish I had that change kicking around, I am quiet fancying a Bonneville for single riding. :)

Yeh, I did that with my 08 Bonnie, bought the Q/K then sold it separately for more than I paid for it!
Cant do that this time though, it came with it on and no 'ironing board'.

Judging by fleaBay listings its not robbing any one, about the price of some mediocre ones I've seen, plus you get all the extra's, new tyres, disc's etc, I'd rather sell it slightly cheap than have it hanging around corroding.
It wants for nothing, could probably put it up for £3200-400, but how long before it sells?
Going on Gumtree over the week-end too.

Sorry to hear youv'e lost interest in bikes at the moment H.O. Good luck with sale, it might be an idea to put it in at a "Fixed Price" if you don't everyone will expect something off the advertised price

I just think it's sad that you're giving up such a lovely bike.

Well, its arrived safe and sound in Ireland this morning, and I've got to show for it is a pile of pretty money, like Scotland they still have different banks issue notes, I think I have several sets!
I am thinking of eventually going down a more 'vintage' route, something like a CD 175, GT 250, I wont get another bike to match the Bonnie, so go for something completely different, but they seem to be commanding serious money so I'll have a season off for now.
