This corrosion! Paint. literally coming away in sheets. A full "casting" of the engine block! T509 rad fan assembly. At first glance its time to scrap it and buy new? Coolant didn't look too bad. 1570 3:1 header was a bit scruffy too Stripping the under-tank area Cleaning off the block 1574 Rotor stripped, cleaning up Fan motor tested ok Cleaning off the corrosion on the fan motor Looking a bit better Stripping off the fan cage Wet and dry paper... Looking better now
